Dining in the gorgeous, modern seating area on a menu of upscale New American dishes feels pretty darn fancy, especially after the year we’ve all had. Ashling Kitchen and Bar boasts an impressive array of chef-driven small plates, handhelds, and main courses like Chesapeake crab cakes, steak frites, and Irish whiskey glazed salmon. You also can’t go wrong with one of Ashling’s ‘designer’ burgers – half-pound blends of short rib, chuck, and brisket, each topped with thoughtful accompaniments like red onion marmalade, applewood smoked bacon, or fried pickles. Ashling Kitchen and Bar has lots to choose from, and weekly rotating specials that take advantage of the freshest ingredients of the season (try the coconut caramel flan if it’s available when you visit!).
